Refund & Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Delivery charges will be deducted for all returns, except in cases of a packing mistake (wrong product received):
  • Inside Valley: Rs. 120 – 150
  • Outside Valley: Rs. 200 – 250

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care products
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds & Partial Refunds

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind

Sale items (only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds)

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Exchange claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • In eligible cases, we offer free exchanges.
