We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

All orders placed on Lush Online Shopping are subject to acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. If canceled after dispatch, you will be responsible for both-way delivery charges.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change without notice.

Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and Digital Wallets (eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, etc.).

Once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase is final.

6. Product Availability & Descriptions

We strive to ensure accurate stock availability, but items may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a refund or replacement.

Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Variations may occur due to manufacturer changes, lighting, or display settings.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, except during peak seasons or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time:

Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1-3 business days

Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3-7 business days

Shipping charges apply based on location and will be displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors like courier issues, weather conditions, or strikes.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, etc.)

Personal care or intimate items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards and downloadable products

Delivery charges will be deducted for all returns except in cases of incorrect shipments.

Inside Valley: Rs. 120 – 150

Outside Valley: Rs. 200 – 250

No refunds will be provided for:

Change of mind

Sale items (only regular-priced items are refundable)

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Claims for defective or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Free exchange will be provided in appropriate cases.

We are not responsible for courier delays, lost shipments, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers.
